1) This Training Course may be canceled if the number of participants does not reach the minimum required (10 people). In that case, the JPFA will refund all applicants' participation fees.
2) The participation fees include the reception on Mar. 4 evening and the transportation fee for the excursion.
3) Participants should own all travel expenses including air tickets, accommodation fees, meal charges, etc.
4) Filming, recording, and posting lectures without permission are prohibited.
5) When completing your payment, your seat will be reserved.
6) You can pay the fee via wire transfer. In this case, you must bear all bank charges for the wire transfer.
7) The fee for participants in the past Strawberry Courses will be discounted by JPY10,000.
Cancellation policy:
If any participant cancels the training course on/before Jan. 10, 2025, we will return the fee except for the cancellation fee of 30,000 JPY. We will not accept the cancellation on/after Jan. 11, 2025. (The cancellation notice should be sent to training@npoplantfactory.org)
Instead of canceling, you may transfer your registration to another person without penalty on/before Feb. 21, 2025. In such a case, please send an email to training@npoplantfactory.org for details of the assignee.
