Cancellation Policy

If any participant cancels the event on/before July 4, 2023, we will return the fee except for the cancellation fee of 5,000 JPY. We will not accept the cancellation on/after July 5, 2023. (The cancellation notice should be sent to symposium@npoplantfactory.org)
Instead of canceling, you may transfer your registration to another person without penalty on/before Monday, Aug. 21, 2023. In such a case, please send mail to symposium@npoplantfactory.org for details of the assignee. However, any member cannot transfer the registration to non-members.
