1) The above fees include the transportation fee for the excursion and the reception in the evening on March 5 or 6.
2) Participants should own all travel expenses, including air tickets, accommodation fees, meal charges, and so on.
3) Filming, recording, and posting lectures without permission are prohibited.
4) After confirming your payment, your seat will be reserved.
5) You can pay the fee via wire transfer. In such a case, you must bear all bank charges for processing the wire transfer.
6) The fee for past participants of the online or on-site Strawberry Course organized by the JPFA will be discounted by JPY 10,000.

Cancellation policy:
If any participant cancels the training course on/before January 9, 2026, we will return the fee, except for the cancellation fee of 10,000 JPY. We will not accept cancellations on/after January 10, 2026. (The cancellation notice should be sent to training@npoplantfactory.org.)
Instead of canceling, you may transfer your registration to another person without penalty on/before Feb. 20, 2026. In such a case, please send an email to training@npoplantfactory.org for details of the assignee.
