■エントリーキャンセルについて
本キャンセルフォームは、台風25号に伴う交通機関の運休により出場が困難になった方向けのキャンセルフォームです。
過去エントリーキャンセルをおこなった方は対象外となります。その場合のご返金は日本ダーツ祭りキャンセル・ポリシーをご参照ください。

■エントリーとの照合について
日本ダーツ祭り2026 イベント終了後よりエントリー情報との照合をおこないます。
エントリーIDおよびプレイヤー名・カードIDにて判別いたします。
照合ができない場合、メールやお電話にてご確認させていただきます。
確認が取れない場合、返金対象外となります。

■返金について
ご返金は、決済いただいたクレジットカードへのキャンセル処理・払い戻しとなります。
返金タイミングはクレジットカード会社によって異なりますので、11月以降となる場合がございます。

■個人情報の取扱いについて
日本ダーツ祭り2026 関連プログラムのキャンセル照合の目的のためだけに利用するものとし、それら以外の目的に使用することはありません。

■Entry Cancellation
This cancellation form is for those who are unable to compete due to transportation cancellations caused by Typhoon No. 25.
Those who have canceled their entry in the past are not eligible.
In such cases, please refer to the NIPPON DARTS FESTIVAL Cancellation Policy for refunds.

■Entry Verification
We will verify your entry information after the NIPPON DARTS FESTIVAL 2024 event.
The ENTRY ID, player name, and DARTSLIVE CARD ID will be used to identify players.
If we cannot verify your entry, we will confirm by email or phone.
If we cannot confirm your entry, you will not be eligible for a refund.

■Refund Policy
All refunds will be processed and refunded to the credit card used for payment.
Please note that the timing of your refund depends on your credit card company and may occur after November.

■Handling of Personal Information
Information will be used to verify cancellations for NIPPON DARTS FESTIVAL 2026 programs, and will not be used for any other purpose.
