1) Participants should own all travel expenses including air tickets, accommodation fees, meal charges, and so on.
2) Filming, recording, and posting lectures without permission are prohibited.
3) After confirming your payment, your seat will be reserved.
4) Please let us know if you prefer to send the fee via wire transfer. The payer will be responsible for any bank charges for processing the wire transfers.
Cancellation policy:
If any participant cancels the training course on/before July 3, 2026, we will return the fee except for the cancellation fee of 10,000 JPY. We will not accept the cancellation on/after July 4, 2026. (The cancellation notice should be sent to training@npoplantfactory.org)
Instead of canceling, you may transfer your registration to another person without penalty on/before Thursday, Aug. 20, 2026. In such a case, please send the email to training@npoplantfactory.org for details of the assignee.
