■イベントの内容
①黄檗山萬福寺 早朝特別体験（早朝貸切拝観）
・僧侶のご案内による拝観。
・通常公開していない御堂内での僧侶との対話。
・その後、坐禅会、朝がゆを召し上がっていただけます。
②「天ケ瀬ダム特別見学」
・国土交通省職員から、ダムの役割や機能を学ぶ。
・普段入れないキャットウォーク（管理通路）の特別見学。
※各イベント会場間移動は、専用バスを使用。バスガイドは乗車しません。
※出発地は、京都駅・宇治駅、萬福寺をお選びいただけます。いずれも参加料金は同額です。
※この事業は、京都府・（公社）京都府観光連盟の『「京都 朝・夜観光」推進事業補助金』を活用して実施しています。
■Event Details
① Early Morning Special Experience at Obakusan Manpukuji Temple (Early Morning Private Visit)
- Guided tour of the temple by a monk.
- Interact with a monk in the temple hall, which is normally closed to the public.
- Afterwards, enjoy zen meditation and breakfast porridge.
② "Special Tour of Amagase Dam"
- Learn about the dam's role and function from Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism officials.
- Enjoy a special tour of the normally closed catwalk (maintenance passage).
* A dedicated bus will be used for transportation between each event venue. There will be no bus guides on board.
* Departure points can be selected from Kyoto Station, Uji Station, or Manpukuji Temple. The participation fee is the same.
* This project is being carried out using the Kyoto Morning and Night Tourism Promotion Project Subsidy from Kyoto Prefecture and the Kyoto Tourism Federation.

黄檗山萬福寺 / Obakusan Manpukuji Temple
1661年に中国僧「隠元隆琦（いんげんりゅうき）禅師」によって開創されました。その後幕府の政策等により、宗派を黄檗宗（おうばくしゅう）と改称し現在に至ります。日本でいう「禅宗」は、臨済宗、曹洞宗、黄檗宗の三宗に分類されています。
萬福寺の建造物は、中国明朝様式を取り入れた伽藍配置です。創建当初の姿のままを今日に伝える寺院は日本では他に例が無く、代表的禅宗伽藍建築群として、天王殿・大雄宝殿・法堂3棟が国宝、他主要建物20棟・回廊・額などが国の重要文化財にそれぞれ指定されています。
※2024年、黄檗山萬福寺の三棟（法堂・大雄宝殿・天王殿）が『国宝』へ指定されました！
Its mountain name is Obakusan. It was founded in 1661 by the Chinese monk Ingen Ryuki. Later, due to policies of the shogunate, the sect was renamed Obakushu, a name it still holds to this day. Zen Buddhism in Japan is divided into three sects: Rinzai, Soto, and Obaku.
*In 2024, three buildings of Obakusan Manpukuji Temple (Hatō, Daibutsuden, and Tennoden) were designated as National Treasures!
天ヶ瀬ダム / Amagase Dam 提供元：淀川ダム統合管理事務所
天ヶ瀬ダムは西日本屈指の大河川・淀川に建設された最初のダムです。
洪水調節、水道用水の供給、発電を目的として1964年に完成。高さ73m、長さ254mの堂々とした偉容を誇るドーム型アーチ式のダムで、その形が翼を広げた鳥の姿を思わせるところから、ダム湖は「鳳凰湖」と呼ばれています。
Amagase Dam was the first dam constructed on the Yodo River, one of western Japan's largest rivers. Completed in 1964, it was built for flood control, water supply, and power generation. It's a majestic dome-shaped arch dam measuring 73m high and 254m long, and its shape resembles a bird with its wings spread, earning the dam lake the nickname "Lake Phoenix."

注意事項【天ヶ瀬ダム特別見学】/ notice [Amagase Dam Special tour]
・参加者全ての方にヘルメットを着用していただきます。（貸出無料）・手荷物は両手がふさがらないカバン、動きやすい服装と、歩きやすい靴でお越しください。
・ツアー時に点検放流を実施できない場合もあります。
・未成年が参加の場合は保護者の同伴が必要です。
・高所が苦手な方は、キャットウォークでの見学はお控えください。
・悪天候等の理由で、急遽キャットウォークは中止とする場合があります。
- All participants are required to wear helmets (free rental).
- Please bring a bag that leaves your hands free, comfortable clothing, and shoes that are easy to walk in.
- Inspection releases may not be possible during the tour.
- Minors must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
- Those who are afraid of heights should refrain from viewing the catwalk.
- The catwalk may be canceled at short notice due to bad weather or other reasons.

当協会から、催行確定をお知らせした後、当会の口座にイベント開催日の11日前までにお振込みいただきますようお願い申し上げます。After we notify you that the event will be held, we ask that you transfer the payment to our account at least 11 days before the event date.
