Our Syrian Night will feature authentic homemade Syrian cuisine recreated by PAL’s English teacher, Mr.Arslan, sharing the flavors of his home country with our community.

“Ouzi” is a traditional Syrian dish especially loved in Damascus.
It is also known locally as “Surar Ouzi” (Ouzi Parcels).
