Cancellation Policy

General Notice

Because some participants repeatedly apply, pay, and cancel, a
cancellation fee and handling fee will be charged for cancellations after
payment.

If You Paid by Bank Transfer(Domestic Japanese banks only)

Refund amount =

Total paid − ¥1,500 cancellation fee − ¥550 bank transfer fee(Domestic Japanese banks only)

If You Paid by Credit Card

Cancellation within 2 months of payment


Refund amount =

Total paid − ¥1,500 cancellation fee − 5% credit card cancellation fee


Cancellation after 2 months

Refund amount =
Total paid − ¥1,500 cancellation fee − 5% fee charged by card agency −
¥550 bank transfer fee(Domestic Japanese banks only)

Note:
Credit card refunds cannot be sent via bank transfer unless more than 2
months have passed.

No Refunds

•   No refunds for cancellations made after 9:00 p.m. the day before
the event.

Exceptions (Force Majeure)


Cancellation fees do not apply if:

   •   The association cancels the event, or

   •   You must cancel due to unavoidable circumstances such as:

   •   Severe weather

   •   Transportation shutdown

   •   Accidents
