申込人、受講生及びトレーニング参加者は、レッスン及びトレーニング開催中の事故や怪我、その他一切の事情による損害の発生について、如何なる場合も、担当インストラクター・スクール・スキー場及びそれらの関係者（但し事故の相手方を除く）に損害賠償請求や責任追及その他一切の請求をしないことを誓約致します。この点に関して当予約フォームの「同意のチェック」は「誓約のチェック」と致します。
