※身分証明書、a）行政か支援団体からの案内状、b）児童扶養手当証書、c）マル親医療証、d）その他同等の行政からの証書のいずれかをお持ちの方のみ年12回お渡しできます。

Referral Letter / Certificate Availability
Only individuals who possess an identity document and one of the following:
a) A letter of introduction from a government office or support organization
b) Child-rearing allowance certificate
c) Medical certificate for single-parent households
d) Other equivalent certificate issued by a government authority
are eligible to receive this benefit up to 12 times per year.
