4.Add notes (optional)
5.Click Submit
6.Reply to confirmation email

・If you have certain medical conditions or show symptoms that may affect the treatment, I may refuse or cancel the session.
・Early booking recommended (manual approval)
・Same-day bookings: at least 2 hours in advance
