●集合場所は越後湯沢駅西口「雪国観光舎」です。
　※チケットをお渡ししますので、必ず受付をお済ませください。
　※ご乗車に間に合うように余裕を持って受付できるようにお越しください。
Before departure, please visit the Snow Country Tourism Information Center located at the west exit of Echigo-Yuzawa Station to receive your ticket.
※Do make sure you have enough time to receive your ticket and reach the bus before the scheduled departure.  
●お支払いについて
　クレジット決済できなかった方は、当日受付の際にお支払いお願いします。
About payment
If you were unable to complete the credit card payment, please make your payment at the reception on the day of your visit.
●取消料
　※取消料は旅行代金を基準といたします。　
　乗車日３日前と２日前は30％、乗車日前日は40％、乗車日当日は100％
About Cancellation fees
※Cancellation fees are calculated based on the travel fee. 　
30% if cancelled 3 or 2 days before the departure date
40% if cancelled 1 day before the departure date
100% if cancelled on the day of departure
●片道乗車券のみ予約の方は、清津峡渓谷トンネルの入坑券は含まれておりません。
If you only book a one-way ticket, the entrance fee to Kiyotsu Gorge Tunnel is not included.
●座席指定はできません。※補助席となる場合がございます。Specific seat reservations are not available. In some circumstances, you may be required to use an auxiliary seat.
●道路状況によりバスが遅延することがあります。There may be delays in bus service depending on road conditions.
●添乗員及びガイドは同行しません。You will not be accompanied by a guide.

■ 受付・集合場所 / Check-in & Meeting Point
出発の15分前までに、越後湯沢駅西口の「雪国観光舎」にて受付とご精算をお済ませください。
Please check in and complete your payment at Snow Country Tourism (Yukiguni Kankosha), located at the West Exit of Echigo-Yuzawa Station, at least 15 minutes prior to departure.
