■Reservations are by approval system■Reservations can be made from the day of treatment to 90 days in advance.■Please be aware that there has been an increase in incorrect reservation dates and times.■Reservations cannot be made by phone■We have two treatment beds, so the maximum number of people that can make a reservation at one time is two people. Reservations can only be made for time slots marked with a circle (two slots available) or a triangle (one slot available). If you wish to make a reservation for two people, please be sure to let us know (your companion's name and desired course).■Please note that our staff are not fluent in English and may need to communicate using a translation app.■After submitting the reservation form, you will receive an email with a copy of the tentative reservation information. After that, when the store staff approves the reservation, you will receive an email with a confirmation of the reservation. At this point, your reservation will be confirmed, so please wait a while after submitting the reservation form.■New customers will need to fill out a reception form before treatment, so please arrive approximately 10 minutes before your appointment.■If you wish to change or cancel your reservation, please contact us at least 2 hours before your visit. Thank you for your understanding.■Payment methods accepted include cash, various credit cards, transportation electronic money, ID, QUICPay, PayPay, etc.■
