Cancellation Policy
・Cancellations made by 7:00 PM the day before: No charge
・Cancellations after 7:00 PM: 100% cancellation fee
・No changes will be accepted after 7:00 PM on the day before your booking.
・If you’re running late, please contact us in advance.
　If we don’t hear from you by 10 minutes before the scheduled departure time, your booking may be treated as a cancellation.Arrivals 15 minutes or more after the starting time will be considered a no-show, and no refund will be issued.

Note: In case of inclement weather, the tour may be canceled. In such cases, a full refund will be provided.

Mt. Fuji Sky Trekking

Start 9:00 AM (Mt. Fuji station)※1
 1. Tengu Garden Walk
 2. Sky Trekking
 3. Meditation Time
End 12:30 PM (The activity ends at the site.)※2

※1 Our staff will take the 9:30 AM public shuttle bus from Mt. Fuji Station together. We recommend that you arrive at the station by 9:15 AM. Please purchase a round-trip shuttle bus ticket at the Mt. Fuji Station ticket counter before boarding. (The round-trip fare is not included in the activity fee.)

※2 After the activity, you are free to explore the area or head up to the 5th Station if you wish.
The 5th Station offers souvenir shops and restaurants, and you are welcome to make your own way there. 
Our staff will return to Mt. Fuji Station by public shuttle bus.
