・日程が確定してから申請をお願いいたします。
・日程確保のため、複数日程の同時申請はご遠慮ください。
・団体予約の場合も自由見学となりますので、あらかじめご了承ください。
・ご予約時間に遅れた場合、滞在時間の延長はできません。
・キャンセルの際は、必ず事前にメールあるいはお電話（03－6457－2800）でご連絡ください。
・無断キャンセルがあった場合、次回以降のご予約をお断りする可能性がございます。

・Please submit your request only after your schedule is confirmed.
・To avoid blocking multiple dates, please refrain from submitting multiple date requests.
・Please note that even for group reservations, the visit will be self-guided.
・If you arrive late, your stay cannot be extended beyond the reserved time.
・If you need to cancel, please contact us in advance.
・No-shows without notice may result in refusal of future reservations.
