手荷物預かりサービス注意事項（日本語）

■料金・お支払い
・料金は1個一律500円（税込）です。お荷物のサイズは問いません。
・料金はお荷物のお預け時にお支払いください。
・お支払い方法は現金のみです。
・翌日までのお預かりも可能です。その場合は日数分の料金が必要です。

■サイズ・重量制限
・お預かりできるお荷物は三辺合計200cm以内、重量30kg以内とします。
・上記を超えるお荷物はお預かりをお断りする場合があります。

■お預け・お引取り
・お荷物のお預け・お引取りは営業時間内（9:00～18:00）に限ります。
・営業時間外はお預かり、お引取りともに一切対応いたしかねます。

■預かり札
・預かり札を紛失した場合は500円を申し受けます。
・預かり札を紛失した場合は、身分証明書（パスポート、運転免許証等）の提示および予約時の情報との一致が確認できた場合に限り、お荷物をお引き渡しいたします。
・本人確認のため、必要に応じて身分証明書のコピーを取得させていただく場合があります。
・本人確認ができない場合は、お引き渡しできません。

■責任範囲
・現金、パスポート、電子機器、宝石類その他の貴重品についてはお預かりできません。
・これらが収納されていた場合の紛失、盗難、破損等については当社は責任を負いかねます。
・その他のお荷物についても、紛失、盗難、破損等については当社の故意または過失がある場合を除き責任を負いかねます。
・お預けいただいた荷物に起因して発生した事故、損害についてはお客様の責任とします。
・天災、災害、その他当社の責めに帰することができない事由による損害については責任を負いかねます。

■お預かりできない物
・現金、パスポート、電子機器、宝石類その他の貴重品
・危険物（火薬類、可燃物、ガス、バッテリー類を含む）
・生もの、腐敗しやすい物
・異臭、液漏れ、汚損のおそれがある物
・法律により所持または保管が禁止されている物
・その他、当社が危険または不適切と判断した物

■内容確認
・安全管理上必要と判断した場合、当社はお荷物の内容確認をお願いすることがあります。
・確認に応じていただけない場合は、お預かりをお断りすることがあります。

■引取期限・未引取物
・お荷物はお預かり日を含め8日以内にお引き取りください。
・お預かり日を含め8日を経過した場合は1日につき3,000円の追加保管料を申し受けます。
・お預かり日を含め13日を経過してもお引き取りがない場合は相当期間保管後、当社の判断により処分、売却その他必要な対応を行う場合があります。
・前項に要した費用はお客様にご負担いただく場合があります。

■返金
・お支払い後の返金はいたしかねます。

■規約同意
・ご予約またはご利用時点で本注意事項に同意したものとみなします。

Luggage Storage Service Terms and Conditions（English）

■Fees and Payment
・Flat rate ¥500 per item (tax included), no size limit
・Payment must be made at drop-off
・Cash only
・Overnight storage available (daily fees apply)

■Size and Weight Limit
・Luggage must be within 200cm total dimensions (length + width + height) and 30kg in weight
・Items exceeding these limits may be refused

■Drop-off and Pick-up
・Available only during business hours (9:00-18:00)
・No service outside business hours

■Claim Tag
・Lost claim tag: ¥500 fee
・Luggage will only be released upon presentation of a valid ID and matching reservation details
・We may take a copy of your ID if necessary
・If identity cannot be verified, luggage will not be released

■Liability
・Cash, passports, electronic devices, jewelry and other valuables are not accepted
・We are not responsible for loss, theft or damage to such items if included
・We are not responsible for any loss, theft or damage unless caused by our negligence
・Any accidents or damages caused by the contents of the luggage are the responsibility of the customer
・We are not responsible for damage caused by events beyond our control

■Prohibited Items
・Cash, passports, electronics, jewelry and valuables
・Dangerous items (explosives, flammable materials, gas, batteries including mobile batteries)
・Perishable items
・Items with odor or leakage risk
・Illegal items
・Any items deemed unsafe or inappropriate

■Inspection
・We may request to inspect luggage if necessary for safety
・Refusal may result in denial of service

■Collection Deadline and Unclaimed Items
・Must be collected within 8 days (including drop-off date)
・After 8 days: ¥3,000 per day
・After 13 days: items may be disposed of or otherwise handled at our discretion after a reasonable storage period
・Any related costs may be charged to the customer

■Refunds
・No refunds after payment

■Agreement
・By using this service, you agree to these terms

수하물 보관 서비스 이용약관（한국어）

■요금 및 결제
・짐 1개당 500엔(세금 포함), 크기 제한 없음
・맡기실 때 결제
・현금 결제만 가능
・다음 날까지 보관 가능 (일수별 요금 발생)

■크기 및 무게 제한
・짐은 세 변의 합 200cm 이하, 무게 30kg 이하로 제한됩니다
・이를 초과하는 경우 보관이 거절될 수 있습니다

■맡김 및 수령
・영업시간(9:00-18:00) 내 이용 가능
・영업시간 외 이용 불가

■보관표
・분실 시 500엔 수수료
・신분증 및 예약 정보 일치 시에만 인도
・필요 시 신분증 사본 보관
・본인 확인 불가 시 인도 불가

■책임 범위
・현금, 여권, 전자기기, 보석 등 귀중품 보관 불가
・포함 시 발생하는 손해에 대해 책임지지 않음
・당사의 과실이 없는 손해에 대해 책임지지 않음
・수하물 내용물로 인해 발생한 사고 및 손해는 고객 책임
・불가항력 사유에 의한 손해에 대해 책임지지 않음

■보관 불가 물품
・현금, 여권, 전자기기, 보석 등
・위험물(폭발물, 가연성 물질, 가스, 배터리 및 보조배터리 포함)
・부패하기 쉬운 물품
・악취 또는 누수 가능 물품
・불법 물품
・기타 위험하다고 판단되는 물품

■내용 확인
・필요 시 내용 확인 요청 가능
・거부 시 보관 불가

■수령 기한 및 미수령
・보관일 포함 8일 이내 수령
・8일 초과 시 하루 3,000엔
・13일 경과 시 처분 가능
・관련 비용 청구 가능

■환불
・결제 후 환불 불가

■동의
・이용 시 약관 동의로 간주
