『アニッシュ・カプーア IN 別府』団体鑑賞申込フォームです。
本展覧会について、20名以上にて鑑賞の場合、団体チケット料金が適用となります。
スムーズなご案内のため、鑑賞希望日2日前までの事前申込をお願いしております。

（販売期間：8/6～10/5）

当日：1,100円
（販売期間：10/6～11/25）

This is a group appreciation application form of "ANISH KAPOOR IN BEPPU"     

※For this exhibition, group ticket fee will be applied if you watch at more than 20 people.
※For smooth guidance, we are asking for advance reservation up to 2 days of watching date.
※One group (1 hour) maximum will be 60 people. If you apply for more than 61 people please make an additional application in a separate group.
※It becomes advance settlement. For the settlement method and fee, we will contact you individually from the secretariat.
※Please refrain from cancellation after the application and person number change.

※Tickets will be handed at Beppu park reception desk. Please come along with everyone. (Staff will count the number of people watching exhibition.)
