保険適用外の検査です。
パスポートや身分証明書を必ずお持ちください。
Please be sure to bring your passport or what can prove your identity.

発熱などの症状がある方や濃厚接触者と通達があった方は電話予約をお願いします。(予約システムからご予約いただいてもお受けできません）
If you have symptoms such as fever, please call us. Even if you make a reservation from the reservation system, we cannot accept it.

唾液か鼻咽頭ぬぐい液からお選びいただけます。

月曜〜金曜（11:00-20:00）
11:00-13:00来院→当日19:00-20:00頃
13:30-20:00来院→翌日11:00-11:30頃

土曜、日曜（10:00-19:00）
10:00-12:00来院→当日18:00-19:00頃
12:30-19:00来院→翌日11:00-11:30頃

※休憩時間[15-16時]は原本受取不可

※陰性証明書発行手数料は希望者のみ必要
※「証明書希望が必要な方へ」のチェックをお忘れなく。
