●2名様以上のご予約の場合は、日吉堂Instagram からDMにてご連絡ください。
　For reservations of 2 or more guests, please contact us via DM on Instagram.
●ご予約された人数（グループ）で同室での施術となります。 
　Guests in the same reservation will receive treatment in the same room.
●個室等のご要望は承っておりませんのでご了承ください。
　Private room requests are not available.
● 来店の際、施術者の性別は選べませんのでご了承下さい。
　 You don't have a choice of therapist's gender.
● 妊娠中のお客様への施術は控えさせていただきます。
    Massage for pregnant woman is not possible.
● ご来店の際は日吉堂WEB予約のメールをご提示ください。
    Please show us your online reservation from your e-mail, when you come to our shop for your massage.
● 予約確定後のキャンセル、日時の変更はお受けいたしかねます。
    We don't accept any cancellation or changing of appointment after making your reservation.
● ご予約時間の15分を過ぎてもご来店がない場合はキャンセルとさせていただきます。
    it is canceled automatically when it passes for 15minutes from your reservation time.

【キャンセルポリシー/Cancellation & Refund Policy】
キャンセル料は以下の通り申し受けます。
Cancellation fees will be charged as follows:
・当日 / Same day : 100％
・前日 /  1day prior : 80%
・3日前 / 3 days prior : 50%
・3日より前 / More than 3 days prior: 5% (processing fee)
