If you do not have a passport, we are unable to process your order duty free.
Please be sure to bring your passport when you visit the store.
Credit cards must be in the same name as that on the passport.
If you entered the country through an automated gate without a stamp, you will not be able to purchase duty free because there is no proof of the date of entry.
