・Please enter the following information for each person using the service (shoe size, age, weight, height, skiing and snowboarding level).



• If you arrive late for your reservation, we will prioritize setting up for customers who have already arrived.

• There may also be cases where inventory is unavailable, so we may not be able to accommodate your request.

• For delivery, a one-way fee of 4,000 yen will be charged. Customers who select delivery will be notified via email regarding payment.

＊Please note that we may not be able to deliver items to private accommodations where the front desk cannot hold packages.

・High-value services, such as mountain skiing and backcountry tours, have limited availability. To secure your reservation, we require pre-payment via PayPal. We will send you payment details by email after your booking is confirmed.

※Our reservations are set in 15-minute slots, and each time slot is limited to a maximum of three people per group.
If your group consists of more than three people, please reserve two separate time slots.
