診察予約システム

①治療箇所が多いと時間内に治療が完了しないケースがありますのでご容赦ください。

②整形外科疾患（外傷やばね指など）で時間帯や場所の特性からなかなか近くで病院がやっていない時どうしても受診希望がある場合は事前にお電話もしくはメールでご確認ください。

反社会的組織に所属されている方は申し訳ありませんが診察できかねますので何卒よろしくお願い致します。

「診察内容」の選択

初診(first visit)60分(60min)

1時間で問診、診察を行い治療を行います。筋膜リリース注射や処方で別途料金が発生します。料金に関してはホームページをご参照ください。

※基本的に処方はいたしませんが必要時は内服、湿布、サポーターを処方させていただき別途料金をいただいております。

The consultation, examination and treatment will take 1 hour.  Additional fees will be charged for fascia release injections and prescriptions. Please chek HP for treatment fee.

*We do not generally prescribe medications, but if necessary, we will prescribe oral medications, compresses and supports for which an additional fee will be charged.
