used in our blending experience,

___✨SAKE TASTING and BLENDING EXPERIENCE 🍶___
Experience content (approx. 40 minutes + sake bottling)
Step 1: Our sake expert will introduce the basics of sake in an easy-to-understand way.
Step 2: Taste 8 kinds of sake and discover your favorite flavor.
Step 3: Blend your chosen sake together — this is your first step as a “Sake Blender”!
Step 4: After two rounds of adjustments, decide your final recipe and name your sake.
Congratulations — your one and only original blend “My Sake” is complete!
Our staff will bottle 200ml of your blend for you to take home.
Bottling takes about 15 minutes after the experience ends (may take longer if busy).
⚠️ Notes
・Please use public transportation to visit us.
・Drinking and driving (including bicycles) is strictly prohibited.
・The experience starts on time.
・Please arrive 5–15 minutes before your scheduled time.
・For cancellations, please contact us as soon as possible.
・Same-day cancellations will be charged 100% of the fee.
・For groups of 7 or more, cancellations made within 2 days will incur a 50% charge.
・No-shows will be charged 100% of the fee.
・Only participants may enter the experience space; companions are not allowed to wait inside.
・Changes to reservations may not be possible depending on the timing and availability.
・Payment methods: Cash, Credit Card, PayPay, d-Barai.
・Participants must be 20 years or older.
・Children are not allowed to enter the venue.
Drinking under the age of 20 is prohibited by law in Japan.
Drinking during pregnancy or breastfeeding may adversely affect fetal or infant development.
