Experience Flow Step 1
Our trained staffs will explain the basics of sake in an interesting and easy-to-understand way. Step 2
Grasp the characteristics of sample sakes and discover your personal favorite flavor. Step 3
Blend the sake of your choice. This is your first step as a Sake blender. Step 4
After tasting and refining your creation twice, you will finalize your recipe and give a title to it. Your one-of-a-kind original blended sake, "My Sake" will be ready in 30 minutes, bottled with 200ml amount.
*Please note that it might take more time to prepare your My Sake when it's crowded.
Important Notes
・Use public transportation to visit us. Drinking and driving, including bicycles, is strictly prohibited.
・We accept cash and credit card payments.
・The experience starts promptly at the reserved time.To ensure a smooth experience, please arrive between 5 to 15 minutes before the start time.
・If you need to cancel your reservation, please contact us as soon as possible.
・If you cancel on the day, 100% of the reservation fee will be charged. The cancellation for the group with more than 7 people, you would be charged 50% of the reservation fee if you cancel 2 days before your booking day.
・Cancellation without permission, 100% of the reservation fee will be charged.
・Customers who don't join in the session are not allowed to come in with participants.
・Drinking under 20 is legally prohibited in Japan. Please refrain from bringing children.
・Please note that we do not offer vegetarian or vegan options.
