Please read the “Tour details” ,“Access” and “FAQ” pages on the official Drift Ice website carefully before making a reservation.

① Payment and Confirmation
Once you submit your reservation request, online credit card payment will be processed immediately. Your reservation will be confirmed as soon as payment is completed.
Please note that once a reservation is confirmed, any cancellation will incur a 5% deduction (credit card transaction fee + system handling fee). The remaining amount will be refunded.
Please make sure all information you enter is accurate before submitting your reservation.

② Reservation Review
Within one week after submission, our reservation management team will review your order details to ensure all information is complete.
If participant information is incomplete, if age or body size requirements do not meet our company’s regulations, if you selected “disagree” to any required consent items, or if duplicate bookings are detected (including cases where you make both a confirmed and a waitlist reservation), the system will automatically cancel your reservation.
In such cases, 5% (credit card + system fee) will be deducted before refunding the remaining amount.

③ Confirmation and Cancellation Emails
You will receive automatic confirmation and cancellation emails from the reservation system.
Please note that these automated emails may sometimes be filtered into your spam or junk mail folder. If you don’t see them in your inbox, please check there first.
If you still can’t find them, your reservation may not have been successfully submitted—please try submitting it again.
(For travelers from China or Hong Kong, if multiple reservation attempts fail, it may be due to firewall or VPN restrictions. Please try again using a different VPN.)

④ Participation Requirements
Proxy reservations made by anyone other than the actual participant are strictly prohibited.
If it is found on the day of the tour that a proxy reservation has been made (for example, the person who made the booking is absent, or all participants are clearly unaware of the reservation details), or if participants do not meet LANTOKO’s physical condition requirements, or fail to comply with LANTOKO’s regulations, we reserve the right to refuse participation based on safety management principles, and no refund will be issued.

⑤ Cancellation Procedure
To cancel your reservation, please click the “キャンセルはこちら (Cancel Here)” button at the top right of this page.

1. Height: 130-185 cm
2. Weight: 100 kg or less
3. Age: 70 or younger
* You must meet all the requirements to take part in the tour.
