# Notes for Service Use #

*Direct Booking*
Discounts available exclusively to new customers!

*Reservations*
・Same-day or next-day reservations are not accepted.
Please make a reservation at least *three days prior* to your desired service date.
・Reservations are accepted for *groups of 2 to 4 people*. Individual reservations are not available.

*Cancellations*
・Free cancellations or changes* are allowed until *12:00 PM (noon)* the day before your reservation. -
・Cancellations made *after 12:00 PM (noon)* or on the day of the service will incur a *100% cancellation fee*.

 *Cancellations by Shizuri*
・As our staff are raising children, there may be rare cases where we need to cancel on the day due to unavoidable circumstances. We ask for your understanding and cooperation. No cancellation fees will apply in these cases. - In case of heavy snowstorms or road closures that prevent us from traveling, the service may also be canceled. No cancellation fees will apply in such cases. 

*Optional Choices*
・ If you wish to purchase second-hand kimono, please select the "Request for Second-Hand Kimono Purchase" option.
・Please specify whether or not you consent to your photos being used on social media or advertisements. *(Note: Photos will only be used on our social media or website with your prior consent.)*

*Requests*
・Please prepare an open space at your lodging for the kimono dressing, such as the kitchen, living room, or a room with large windows for photo shoots.

 ・On snowy days, we kindly ask you to clear the parking area for smooth service operation as we carry a large amount of equipment.

・ If you feel unwell, have a chronic condition, or experience joint or mobility issues, please inform us in advance.
・Hair and makeup services are not included in the package. Please prepare on your own; an updo is recommended. 

*Information to Confirm (Please include in the remarks section)*
・The tea ceremony will generally be conducted in the traditional *seiza* (kneeling) style. If you have physical limitations, please inform us in the remarks section. 
・If your hip measurement exceeds 120 cm, please provide your measurement in the remarks section, as there may be limited availability of kimono in larger sizes.
・Japanese sweets will be served during the tea ceremony. If you have any allergies, please specify them in the remarks section.

*Payment Methods*
・Payment can be made via credit card on the reservation website. - Any additional charges will need to be paid in cash on the day of the service.
・The purchase of second-hand kimono, obi, and Japanese goods is cash-only on the day of service.
・In the case of significant stains or damage to the kimono, a separate cleaning fee of ¥10,000 will be charged.

 *Other Notes*
・Children under elementary school age (0–6 years old) are free of charge.
・If children are participating, please include their number, ages, genders, and heights in your remarks. Availability of kimono for children may be limited.

◉予約に関して◉

・当日、前日予約は承っておりません。
予約はサービスご利用希望日の３日前までにお願いします。

・予約は２名様〜４名様の受付です。お１人のご予約は出来ません。


◉キャンセルについて◉
・ご予約確定後のキャンセルや変更は準備の関係上、「前日PM１２：００まで無料」
　PM１２：００〜当日キャンセルは全額キャンセル料が発生します。

◉運営側都合のキャンセルについて
・静利スタッフが子育て中の為、やむを得ずこちらの理由で当日キャンセルになる可能性があります。
　ご理解とご協力をお願いします。その場合はキャンセル料は発生しません。
・大吹雪や道路通行止めで車が動けない場合は、キャンセルの可能性があります。
　その場合はキャンセル料が発生しません。

◉選んでもらう物◉
・中古着物販売をご希望の方は、「中古着物販売希望」をお選び下さい。
・写真のSNSや広告への掲載OKの有無をお選び下さい。
　※撮影サービスをご利用の際、カメラや機材の使用にご協力をお願いします。
　　撮影した写真は、事前に許可頂いた場合のみ当社のSNSやWebサイトに掲載させて頂く事があります。


◉お願い事◉

・宿泊先の着付けに必要な空きスペースをご用意ください。
　（キッチン、リビング、写真撮影と茶道をする窓の大きい部屋）

・雪が多い日は駐車場の雪掻きをお願いします。スムーズな進行＆荷物が多い為ご協力お願いします。
・着付け中に気分が悪くなったり、持病や足腰に不安がある場合は事前にお知らせ下さい。
・ヘアメイクは出張サービスには含まれていません、ご自身でご準備ください。UPスタイルがおすすめです！


◉確認事項◉（備考欄への記入をお願いします）
・茶道は基本的に伝統的な正座スタイルで行います。体が不自由な場合は備考欄にご記入ください。
・ヒップ１２０㎝以上の方はお着物の関係上、備考欄にヒップサイズをご記入下さい。
　サイズによっては着物サイズがない場合もございます。ご了承ください。
・茶道では日本の和菓子が出ます。アレルギーがある方は備考欄にご記入ください。


◉支払い方法について◉
・決済は予約サイトからクレジットカード決済が可能です。
　追加料金が発生する場合は、現地にて現金にてお支払いください。
・中古着物・帯・日本雑貨の販売は当日カードと現金支払いのみになります。
・着物に大きな汚れ・破損が発生した場合は、別途クリーニング代として¥10,000-を頂きます。


◉その他◉
・小学生以下は無料です。（赤ちゃん〜６歳まで）
・お子様ご参加の場合はお子様の数とご年齢、性別と身長をご記入ください。
　着物の関係上お選び頂ける数が少ない場合もあります。
