About payment
After your reservation is confirmed, we will send you payment information by e-mail or other means at least 3 days prior to the lesson date, so please pay online.

Cancellation after registration
Cancellations will be accepted free of charge up to 3 days prior to the lesson (for example, up to September 12 for a lesson on September 15).
Cancellations after that date will not be accepted due to the procurement of materials and flowers.
If you are unable to attend the lesson after the cancellation deadline, you may pick up the flowers within 2 days of the lesson date, or you may have a substitute attend the lesson.
No cancellation fee will be charged for a substitute, but please let us know in advance by e-mail that a substitute will be attending the lesson.

お支払いについて
ご予約の確定後、レッスン当日の３日前までにお支払いのご案内をメール等でお送りいたしますので、オンライン決済をお願いいたします。

お申し込み後のキャンセルについて
レッスンの3日前まで（15日のレッスンであれば12日まで）無料で承ります。
それ以降のキャンセルは資材、花材の調達の関係上お受けいたしかねますのであらかじめご了承下さい。
キャンセルの期日を過ぎて、ご事情があって欠席される場合はお花をレッスン日以降２日以内に受け取りにいらしていただくか、代理の方にご参加いただくことも可能です。
代理の方にお越し頂く場合はキャンセル料はかかりませんが、代理の方がいらっしゃる事をあらかじめメールにてご連絡ください。
