当施設は完全予約制にてご案内しております。
ご予約前に、以下の内容をご確認くださいませ。
■ キャンセル・ご変更について
ご予約のキャンセル、日程変更、時間変更には、システム手数料として【ご予約金額の2％】を頂戴しております。
また、ご利用日の１日前12:00以降は、
キャンセル・日程変更・時間変更のいずれも【ご予約金額の100％】を申し受けます。
お部屋とお時間を確保してお待ちしておりますため、何卒ご理解のほどお願いいたします。
■ ご来店時間について
当日はご利用前にご案内とご説明のお時間を約5分頂戴しております。
そのため、ご予約時間の10分前を目安にご来店くださいませ。
なお、到着が遅れた場合も、説明時間の短縮やご利用終了時間の延長はいたしかねます。
皆さまに気持ちよくご利用いただくため、時間をお守りいただくご協力をお願いいたします。
■ ご利用時間について

Information Regarding Reservations and Visits
Our facility operates on a fully reservation-only basis.
Please review the following information before making a reservation.
■ Cancellations and Changes
For reservation cancellations, date changes, or time changes, a system fee of 2% of the reservation amount will be charged.
In addition, from 12:00 PM two days prior to your reservation date, any cancellation, date change, or time change will incur a 100% charge of the reservation amount.
As we reserve your seat and time in advance, we sincerely appreciate your understanding.
■ Arrival Time
On the day of your visit, we require approximately 5 minutes before your session for guidance and explanation.
Therefore, please arrive about 10 minutes before your reserved time.
Please note that even if you arrive late, we are unable to extend your end time.
To ensure a pleasant experience for all guests, we kindly ask for your punctuality.
■ Usage Time
Please complete your preparation, use of the facility, and departure within your reserved time slot.
As we need to prepare for the next guest, we kindly ask for your cooperation in leaving the room promptly at the end of your reservation time.
■ About Reservations
Our facility is available by advance reservation only.
Your seat will be secured once your reservation is completed.
We kindly ask that you refrain from canceling without notice.
■ Other Important Notes
To ensure a safe and comfortable experience, please refrain from using the facility if you are feeling unwell or after consuming alcohol.
We appreciate your understanding and cooperation so that everyone may enjoy a pleasant and relaxing environment.
