Reservations and Arrival Information
Please read the following information before making a reservation.
Same-Day Reservations
Due to the booking system’s settings, you may occasionally be able to make a reservation less than two hours before your selected start time. However, all same-day reservations must be made at least two hours before the scheduled start time.
As our facility is operated by one staff member, we prepare the sauna, cold bath and amenities individually for each reservation.
This preparation time is necessary to ensure that everything is ready and comfortable for your visit. Thank you for your understanding.
We recommend booking by the previous day to ensure that your preferred time is available.
Cancellations and Changes
A system processing fee of 2% of the total reservation amount will apply to all cancellations and changes to the date or time of your reservation.
Cancellations and changes made after 12:00 noon on the day before your visit will be charged 100% of the reservation amount.
As the entire facility and time slot are reserved exclusively for you, we appreciate your understanding.
Arrival Time
A brief facility orientation of approximately five minutes will be provided before your session.
If this is your first visit, please arrive approximately 10 minutes before your scheduled start time so that we can welcome you smoothly.
As we may be assisting previous guests or preparing and cleaning the facility, please do not arrive or ring the intercom more than 15 minutes before your scheduled time.
If you arrive late, your scheduled finishing time will remain unchanged.
If you would like to stay longer, you may make an additional reservation only when the following time slot is available. Please ask us on the day of your visit.
Session Time
Your reservation time includes the time required to prepare, change clothes and get ready to leave.
As we need to prepare the facility for the next guests, everyone in your group must leave the facility before the end of the reserved time.
Please allow enough time to change and prepare to leave before your session ends.
Safe Use of the Facility
Please refrain from using the sauna if you are feeling unwell or have consumed alcohol.
Thank you for helping us maintain a safe and comfortable environment for all guests.
This plan is exclusively for solo guests who wish to enjoy a private sauna experience for 90 minutes.
If 90 minutes is not enough,
you may reserve 2 consecutive slots to enjoy a total of 210 minutes:
90 min + 90 min + 30 min cleaning interval

For guests booking 2 consecutive slots,
an additional ¥1,000 discount is available for the second slot if towels and amenities are not needed.
Food delivery and Uber Eats orders are also welcome.
