教養学部・総合文化研究科の在学生・教職員の方で新型コロナウイルスに自らが感染した場合、自らが濃厚接触者となった場合、その他感染が疑われる場合（無症状、疑似症も含む。）は、感染報告フォームからご報告をお願いします。
