■Cancellation Policy
If the contract is canceled due to the customer's circumstances after the contract is established, or if the company cancels the contract due to the circumstance the payment of the travel fee from the applicant doesn't be delivered to the travel agent by the specified date, a cancellation fee will be charged at the following rate.

Cancellation fee will occur as it shows below:
Between 20 days prior to the travel: none
Between 20 – 11 days prior to the travel date: 20%
Between 10 – 8 days prior to the travel date: 20%
Between 7 – 2 days prior to the travel date: 30%
On the day before the travel date: 40%
On the travel date: 50%
After the travel date or cancellation not reported: 100%
