To accommodate as many clients as possible, we carefully arrange our artists’ schedules for each appointment. Last-minute cancellations and rescheduling may affect other clients, so we kindly ask that you avoid making changes whenever possible.
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please contact us in advance.
The following cancellation fees apply to cancellations or schedule changes made within seven days of your appointment.
■ Tattoo appointments
・3–7 days before the appointment
50% of the minimum estimated tattoo fee
・2 days before the appointment
70% of the minimum estimated tattoo fee
・The day before or on the day of the appointment
100% of the minimum estimated tattoo fee
■ Consultation-only appointments
・Within 7 days of the appointment
