●集合場所は越後湯沢駅西口「雪国観光舎」です。
　※チケットをお渡ししますので、必ず受付をお済ませください。
　※ご乗車に間に合うように余裕を持って受付できるようにお越しください。
Before departure, please visit the Snow Country Tourism Information Center located at the west exit of Echigo-Yuzawa Station to receive your ticket.
※Do make sure you have enough time to receive your ticket and reach the bus before the scheduled departure.  
●お支払いについて
　クレジット決済できなかった方は、当日受付の際にお支払いお願いします。
●取消料
　※取消料は旅行代金を基準といたします。　
　乗車日前日は旅行代金の50％　乗車日当日は旅行代金の100％
About Cancellation fees
※Cancellation fees are calculated based on the travel fee. 　
Cancellation on the day prior to the reservation: 50% of the travel fee
Cancellation on the day of your reservation: 100% of the travel fee
●乗車料金に清津峡渓谷トンネルの入場料は含まれておりません。Bus fare does not include ticket price for Kiyotsu Gorge Tunnel of Light
●清津峡渓谷トンネルの入場にあたり、4/27-5/6は、事前予約購入が必要です。（現地での入坑チケットの販売はございません）
To enter the Kiyotsu Gorge Tunnel, advance reservations and purchases are required from April 27th to May 6th. (Entrance tickets will not be sold on-site)
4月27日至5月6日期間，進入清津峽谷隧道需要事先預約購買。 （現場不售票）

●道路状況によりバスが遅延することがあります。There may be delays in bus service depending on road conditions.
●添乗員及びガイドは同行しません。You will not be accompanied by a guide.
●小学生以下の方は、必ず保護者同伴でご利用ください。Small children must be accompanied by a parent or guardian
●車内の換気、適宜アルコール消毒液にて車内の消毒を実施しています。The inside of the bus is periodically ventilated and disinfected.
