■ 主催および運営責任
本イベントは「SHONAN BALEARIC」が主催・運営・管理を行うイベントです。会場内および周辺エリアでの事故、盗難、紛失、来場者間のトラブル、泥酔・不法侵入等による損害を含め、イベントに関連して生じた一切のトラブル・損害について、すべての運営および管理責任は主催者（SHONAN BALEARIC）に帰属します。会場提供者（リビエラ）は単なる会場貸与者であり、イベントの主催・運営に関与しておらず、これらについて一切の責任を負いません。

■ 入場・年齢確認
・18歳未満の方は保護者同伴が必要です。
・年齢確認のため身分証のご提示を求める場合があります。
・車でのご来場者および未成年者の飲酒は固くお断りいたします。
・本イベントご参加に伴う駐車場割引サービス等はございません。
・反社会的勢力に該当する方のご入場はお断りいたします。

■ 会場内でのルール・禁止行為
・立入禁止区域への侵入、過度の泥酔、他のお客様や近隣施設への迷惑行為、ならびに主催者および会場スタッフの指示に従わない場合は、即時退場措置をとらせていただきます。また、今後における敷地内への一切の立ち入り禁止措置をとる場合があります。なお、施設破損や損害が発生した場合は、該当者および主催者に対し、理由の如何を問わず損害賠償が請求されます。
・危険物、アルコール類、食物の持ち込みは固くお断りいたします。
・指定エリア以外での喫煙は固くお断りいたします。

■ 撮影・肖像権
会場内では写真や動画撮影が行われ、主催者およびメディアの広報等に使用される場合がございます。あらかじめご了承ください。

■ 個人情報の取り扱い
本フォームは、主催者からの委託を受けた会場（リビエラ）が、来場受付の目的で収集しています。お預かりした個人情報は、本イベントの安全管理および会場施設からの案内に限り適切に管理・利用いたします。

【Important Information】
■ Organizer and Management Responsibility
This event is organized, operated, and managed by SHONAN BALEARIC.
The organizer (SHONAN BALEARIC) assumes full responsibility for all events, incidents, and damages arising in connection with the event, including accidents, theft, loss of belongings, disputes between attendees, and damages resulting from intoxication, unauthorized entry, or other incidents occurring within or around the venue.
The venue provider, Riviera, is solely providing the venue and is not involved in the organization or operation of the event. Riviera assumes no responsibility whatsoever for any such incidents or damages.

■ Admission and Age Verification
Guests under 18 years of age must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
You may be asked to present identification for age verification.
Drinking alcohol by guests who arrive by car or by minors is strictly prohibited.
No parking discount or other parking-related benefits are available in connection with attendance at this event.
Admission will be denied to anyone who belongs to or is associated with an organized crime or other antisocial group.

■ Venue Rules and Prohibited Activities

Guests who enter restricted areas, become excessively intoxicated, cause a disturbance to other guests or neighboring facilities, or fail to follow the instructions of the organizer or venue staff will be required to leave the venue immediately. In some cases, they may also be prohibited from entering the premises in the future.
If any damage to the facilities or other property occurs, the responsible individual and/or the organizer may be charged for the resulting damages, regardless of the circumstances.
Bringing hazardous materials, alcoholic beverages, or food into the venue is strictly prohibited.
Smoking is strictly prohibited outside designated smoking areas.

■ Photography and Image Rights
Photography and video recording may take place at the venue. Images and footage may be used by the organizer and media outlets for promotional and publicity purposes. Please be aware of this in advance.

■ Handling of Personal Information
This form is used by the venue, Riviera, under commission from the organizer, for the purpose of registering event attendees.
Any personal information collected will be appropriately managed and used solely for the safe operation and management of this event and for providing information from the venue facilities.
